Thanksgiving Day Photo Greeting Cards Make Memories for Grandchildren

Thanksgiving Day can be a wonderful holiday opportunity to create lasting memories for your grandchildren. This year three of our five grandchildren will be at our family Thanksgiving Day dinner and the two will be missed.

Our grandchildren are ages two, five, eight, nine and eleven. They know us as Grandma and Papa and we live close enough to share many experiences with them.  pumpkin party photo greeting cardsEven at their young ages they love to remember and reminisce about family events from the past.

We take lots of digital pictures and we are famous for sending them photo greeting cards from many of the events in their lives.  For Halloween we had a pumpkin carving party and sent them a greeting card from this picture.  Connecting in this fun way through greeting cards is made possible by using our 24/7 greeting card system.

This year we thought we would send them a Thanksgiving Day journal card after Thanksgiving and help them preserve the memories of their Thanksgiving Day 2008.   They are good to smile for the camera so we can take their picture and create their own custom card with them on the front.

What kind of things will we write?  We will ask them what they are grateful for.   For sure we can write down the names of everyone who was with us this year and even what they had for Thanksgiving dinner.  I’m sure that we will have some funny things to write down since we always seem to have a laugh or two when we are with the grandchildren.  They are so naturally entertaining.  We will ask them what they would like to remember about the day and include that too.

If you will not be with your grandchildren but like the idea of a Thanksgiving journal greeting card you could call them from a distance and ask them the same questions.

Whatever you do make it a day to remember and enjoy your grandchildren.

Happy Thanksgiving,
Mary

Christmas Photo Greeting Card 2007

Receiving a Christmas photo greeting card is one of the best treats of the holiday season.  In that spirit we have created Christmas photo greeting cards that we send out using our greeting card system.Christmas Photo Greeting Cards

Since our children are grown we have borrowed the grandchildren for our Christmas cards. For Christmas 2007 we did not have a good picture of them all together so we created this card.  They all love to swim and be in the water so it was easy to put together this Christmas photo greeting card with individual photos.

There is still time for you to create your own holiday photo greeting card so get those creative juices flowing and have some fun.

Recipe Greeting Cards

It is simple to turn any greeting card into a recipe greeting card when you use our state of the art greeting card system.

With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up I sent out Happy Thanksgiving cards to my customers.  Since it is impossible to think about Thanksgiving without thinking about food I included a Thanksgiving pie recipe for Honey Pumpkin Pie that has been used in my family for over fifty years.  One side of the card included an appreciation message and the other included the recipe.

Sending out a recipe greeting card is a fun and unique way to show appreciation for your customers.  It doesn’t take much time or effort when you use our greeting card system to send out cards because much of the time consuming part of getting a card in the mail is done for you.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Sending a Business Thank You Card after a Job Interview

Sending a business thank you card after a job interview can be a critical ingredient in building professional and personal relationships. Prompt, sincere and professional follow up thank you cards are an indicator of good business etiquette and can make you stand out from the candidates that do not follow up.

* Keep in mind when sending out your business thank you card to send out your thank you card immediately after your interview or within twenty four hours. Having the interview fresh in your mind will help you to write words that are meaningful and sincere.

* Make sure that you have spelled and presented the interviewers name and contact information correctly. Ask for a business card before you leave the interview. If you didn’t do that you can call the company and ask for the information. Spelling and grammar is as important as a sincere and professional follow up note.

* In your thank you card mention something specific that was unique to the interview. Try to write about something that you especially appreciated about the interview. Use the opportunity to say something you forgot to say in the interview.

* If you felt a connection with or learned something about the interviewer be sure to mention it. Perhaps you learned that you both have children that play hockey or the interviewer told you he loves to play golf and got his first hole in one or he or she just celebrated a twentieth year anniversary with the company. Write a comment that reinforces the connection and demonstrates that you are thoughtful and are a good listener. Be personable but professional in what you write.

The secret to a great business thank you card is easy. Keep it short, simple and sincere. The secret to actually getting the thank you card sent is having access to a greeting card service that makes it convenient and simple to send greeting cards.

A few reasons our greeting card service can help you get your thank you for the job interview card in the mail:

* Convenience and ease of sending out a thank you business card from your computer minutes after your interview.

* Extensive card catalog to choose an appropriate business thank you card.

* Personalize your business thank you card with your own message.

* Option of signing card in your own handwriting signature.

All the best to you with your job interview.

Holiday Greeting Card Etiquette for Business Greeting Cards

Holiday business greeting cards are an excellent way to let customers and clients know that you value you the customer relationship and loyalty and appreciate their business. Taking a few steps including some holiday greeting card etiquette will help insure your good intentions in sending your business greeting cards.

* Update your holiday business greeting card list on a monthly basis so it does not become a holiday dreaded chore. As you learn of life changes such as marriage, divorce or death in a family update your contact list.
* Personalize your holiday greeting card with a little note - perhaps one or two sentences expressing gratitude for your relationship and a wish for a happy holiday season.
* Mail the business greeting card to the home if you have a personal relationship with the business person. Include the spouses name even if you have not met the spouse. The greeting card is not sent to both the husband and wife at the business address unless they both work there.
* Avoid the mail rush. Holiday greeting cards can be mailed as early as the day after Thanksgiving. If your holiday greeting card comes before other holiday cards you will increase your chance to stand out from the rest.
* Contact Me - I can help you with your holiday business greeting cards.

Happy Holidays,

Send Out Heartfelt Greeting Cards and Bring Simple Pleasures

If you want to have some simple pleasures returned to you just start sending out heartfelt greeting cards because they touch human hearts and return to you what you sent out.

Here is an example that was experienced today.

As we have noticed things we appreciate around our city we have sent city employees greeting cards with a note to let them know.  One thing we have appreciated is how our city’s Beautification Committee does so much to dress our city for the holidays. send out christmas tree greeting card Last year they lit and added beautiful red bows to several large pine trees that are at one of our main highway intersections.  We took a picture of the trees and sent them a picture greeting card and expressed how much we liked the decorations and that since the trees were on our route home from town we got to enjoy them everyday.

Today when I went to vote a city employee that has received greeting cards from us  was at the polling place.  She took just a moment to thank me for them and she added that she has saved them.  You don’t save cards unless they are meaningful.

You can bring simple pleasures to others when you express your heartfelt feelings.  You write the words but it is our greeting card system that sends out cards for you that makes it happen.
