Thanksgiving Day can be a wonderful holiday opportunity to create lasting memories for your grandchildren. This year three of our five grandchildren will be at our family Thanksgiving Day dinner and the two will be missed.

Our grandchildren are ages two, five, eight, nine and eleven. They know us as Grandma and Papa and we live close enough to share many experiences with them.  Even at their young ages they love to remember and reminisce about family events from the past.

We take lots of digital pictures and we are famous for sending them photo greeting cards from many of the events in their lives.  For Halloween we had a pumpkin carving party and sent them a greeting card from this picture.  Connecting in this fun way through greeting cards is made possible by using our 24/7 greeting card system.

Receiving a Christmas photo greeting card is one of the best treats of the holiday season.  In that spirit we have created Christmas photo greeting cards that we send out using our greeting card system.

Here is an example that was experienced today.

As we have noticed things we appreciate around our city we have sent city employees greeting cards with a note to let them know.  One thing we have appreciated is how our city’s Beautification Committee does so much to dress our city for the holidays. Last year they lit and added beautiful red bows to several large pine trees that are at one of our main highway intersections.  We took a picture of the trees and sent them a picture greeting card and expressed how much we liked the decorations and that since the trees were on our route home from town we got to enjoy them everyday.
